Diagnosing The Repair

As you can see from the image above, there are lots of signs and symptoms indicating a structural issue. These signs can vary from apparent to minuscule. From what we typically see in the field, the most commons signs of a foundation or structural issue include:

  • Cracks along the walls of the home
  • Cracks in the concrete slabs of your driveway or floor
  • Doors out of level and not shutting properly
  • Windows out of level and not providing proper insulation
  • Settling and lowering of your foundation
  • Broken pipes or flooding and bubbling in your yard (due to rise in underground water)
This image shows a hydraulic jack that we use to lift our structures and repair foundations. Once installed, these jacks are permanently left in place to provide permanent support and maintenance if necessary.
